contractor that fully comprehends how to integrate function & cost to get the best possible product for the least possible cost; they add a
lot of value. Maloney is very thorough, staffing adequately in the field and asking questions if they have concerns. More importantly, they
ask questions in time, so there are no problems. I have never had a scheduling delay due to their lack of performance. If Maloney's on the
job then I know the plumbing scope is going to get done on time.

My time with W.J. Maloney started in 1995, with Swift Transportation, and included Collier Center, Scottsdale Waterfront, Scottsdale
Gateway, and many others. They are one of the best design-build plumbing subcontractors in town, and one of the first to prefab
assemblies in the shop, which is much more efficient and controlled than having a plumber on the 14th floor assembling everything.
